General
What does Level Collect sell?
Level Collect specializes in authentic, factory-sealed trading card products from Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and the One Piece Card Game, with a strong focus on MTG Commander Decks.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold by Level Collect are 100% genuine, officially licensed, and factory sealed. We do not sell resealed, repacked, or counterfeit items.
Do you sell singles?
Currently, Level Collect focuses on sealed products such as Commander Decks, booster products, and boxed releases. Singles may be considered in the future.
Orders & Payments
Is it safe to order from Level Collect?
Absolutely. Our store uses secure checkout technology, and all payments are processed through trusted, encrypted payment gateways.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, please contact us immediately at contact@levelcollect.store. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Shipping
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. All shipped orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
How are cards packaged?
We use collector-safe packaging to protect sealed products, boxes, and decks. Extra care is taken to preserve corners, seals, and overall condition.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
What items are eligible for return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Issues & Support
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
